The solution

PROPEL MOTOR INSTALLATION

The installation process involves removing the shovel’s propel brakes and mounting the MegaMover’s hydraulic motors directly onto the propel motor shaft using specific adapters tailored to each shovel model. This strategic placement optimizes system functionality, enhancing control and mobility of the shovel’s carbody.

INNOVATIVE INSTANTANEOUS BRAKING

The hydraulic motors feature an ingenious instantaneous braking mechanism achieved through internal counterbalances. This mechanism ensures immediate cessation of carbody movement upon releasing the remote-control switch, enhancing safety and precision in operations.
