The solution
The Sideframe Slider system is designed to enhance the efficiency of sideframe changeouts during integral lifts performed with our Superlifter.
EFFICIENT SIDEFRAME REMOVAL
Once the sideframe is unbolted from the carbody, it is positioned on the system and rolled out from the shovel, allowing a crane to pick it up in a designated, cleared area.
SAFETY FIRST, AS ALWAYS
The carts are moved using a chain hoist, ensuring smooth and controlled movements. This method ensures that sideframes are relocated slowly and safely, minimizing any risk of rough handling.
